Shipping Fee

At Sugar Kiss, we have set our delivery fee at a standard price. 

We are unable to set the prices for certain kg. 

We have to assume that our orders will be 1kg or over due to a lot of our products being 100ml or more. 

If you feel like our prices are too high for your area/country, please email us. We may be able place you an order via email and send you tracking details. This is especially if your ordering small items, such as lip glosses. 

If you order small items and still pay the standard delivery fee, we will pop in items for you and take only for the delivery fee. For example, you pay £20 for delivery, but order 2 small items that cost £12 together, we will take away delivery fee, but pop in some other items. Sometimes, we may pop in randoms or email you. This way, your getting your moneys worth. 

We do understand that this may be irritating, we find it irritating too as we can't pick multiple delivery choices, so we have to pick a high delivery fee that we think will cover a 1kg parcel worldwide. 

Sometimes we have to take out of our own pocket to cover delivery fees. If your order is over 2kg, our delivery fee doesn't cover this, so we take out of our own pocket from your order to cover. This leads us to miss out on money. But we think it is worth it to create happy customers that return to us.
