Returns Policy

When it comes to returns, we want to understand and sympathise with our customers. 
Customers have 14 days to return the product(s) to us. Returning it after will lead to you receiving no refund. 

As a small business, we have made the decision to only pay for the return shipping fee if the product is faulty or damaged on our end.

If we believe the customer has damaged the product, or the customer does not like the scent, flavour or look of the product, we will ask the customer to pay for the return shipping fee.

We only do refunds on certain reasonings.

When returning a product, you get a full or partial refund on your order. This is only if the product situation is on our behalf, such as product(s) came to you damaged, the quality of the products, such as oil separation, etc. 
If you do not like a certain product, we will not refund you. Therefore, it is a pointless act to return this product(s) to us. We label all products with the scents and fragrances, as well as a description on our website. We may take your experience with our product(s) into consideration. This means we may refund you, you will still have to return the product(s) to us.

If you have received the wrong products, please contact us as we will find a way to sort this out. We do not want you paying for the shipping fee yourself, so if you contact us with your order number or a picture of your order number, we will do our best to get this sorted and get the correct products sent to you!

Depending on your reasoning for your return, we may refund you and allow you to keep the product. This way you do not have to waste your money on returning the product. 

You must send us evidential pictures via email, as well as your order number or a picture of your order.
